  •  Conduct one-on-one tutoring with students in all aspects of writing, including, but not limited to, organization and development of ideas, and correction of grammar and punctuation for students in subject areas such as English, art history, and science

  •    Conduct composition, English as a second language, and resume writing workshops

 

Curatorial Consultant                                                                                               2015 - 2016

      African American Firefighter Museum of Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA

  • Organized the museum’s initial collection cataloging project. 

  • Responsible for condition reporting, prioritizing conservation needs and collection goals. This project was funded by the museum’s first IMLS grant

  • Coordinator of After Works Fridays, an ongoing series of free evening art classes and education programs

  • Developed course curriculum and trained volunteers and interns to facilitate a range of hands on art activities, invited local artists, educators, and community members to lead weekly workshops and produce presentations of their work
